Then this is the lesson for you. Equipment can be supplied if required. Numbers are restricted to give the optimum instruction. Available to Adults and over 14 years only. Outside of the scheduled time you can also book this lesson as an individual, small group or as a course or programme. Take a look at our courses and programmes.
