The "Surf-FitŪ"programme includes essential indoor surf training and safety, featuring modules in Surf fitness, Surf techniques, Self rescue
and Sea safety. Ideal for Teenagers who will be taking to the waves this Summer.
Also running but on different days is Surf FitŪ for Adults and after school Surf FitŪ for children 7yrs up. Surfboards Provided
