For Walkers: Sunscreen, Hat, Light Rain Jacket, Runners, Change of Clothing (optional)

For Rockpools: Change of Clothing, Towel, Old Runners or Wellies, Sunscreen, Sun Hat, Light Rain Jacket.

Packed Lunch Advice:Two Drinks (one water), Sandwich x 2, Fruit and Sweets / Crisps according to school policy.

Medical Advise: Where necessary please bring inhalers, insulin, sweet drinks or any other required medication. Please make sure to inform staff of any medical conditions. (Please note it is our policy not to issue paracetamol or any other medication through the school).
